Treatment Information

We treat a wide variety of chronic pain syndromes, including:

These are not the only conditions we treat; rather, they are a few examples of common conditions that we see on a day-to-day basis. In general, we tend to treat all conditions that are known to cause chronic pain. Though, on occasion, we will treat a patient with acute pain, it is only on a short-term basis. A permanent patient's pain must be severe enough to interfere with their day-to-day functioning. Furthermore, their pain must be chronic and intractable - meaning that the patient has, over a sufficient period of time, attempted and been unable to get sufficient relief from more conservative forms of therapy, i.e.: rest and physical therapy, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, etc.

We do not treat migraines, however, we will treat a patient's headache if there is a documented pathology capable and likely to be producing pain (i.e.: a patient with an MRI that shows cervical radiculopathy).
